Terms of Service

ListingLift is an AI-powered tool that generates SEO titles, tags, listing descriptions, Pinterest copy, and lifestyle mockups for Etsy digital product sellers. It is available at listinglift.shop and operated by a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia.

By creating an account and using ListingLift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at hello@listinglift.shop.

ListingLift has two tiers:

• —Free — 5 generations per day, no payment required.
• —Pro — $9/month — unlimited generations, access to the Bulk SEO Generator, Mockup Generator, and full history. Billed monthly via Stripe.

Subscription charges renew automatically each month on the same date you first subscribed. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change in the future. If we increase the price of Pro, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change affects your subscription.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel partway through a month, you keep Pro access until that month ends, but the remaining days are not refunded.

If you believe you have been charged in error, email us at hello@listinglift.shop within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly. Errors are always corrected.

You may use ListingLift only for its intended purpose: creating content for your own Etsy listings. You agree not to:

• —Use ListingLift to generate content that is false, misleading, or designed to deceive buyers
• —Resell, sublicence, or provide access to ListingLift to other people — each account is for one user
• —Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or its underlying infrastructure
• —Use the service in any way that violates Etsy's own terms of service or applicable law
• —Submit content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes a third party's rights

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund where the breach is serious.

ListingLift uses Anthropic's AI to generate titles, tags, descriptions, and other outputs. These are suggestions — they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or effective for your specific products or market.

You should review all AI-generated content before publishing it to Etsy. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Etsy's search algorithm, market competition, and listing quality. ListingLift is a tool to support your workflow — it is not a guarantee of search rankings or sales.

You own the outputs generated for your account and are solely responsible for any content you publish.

The ListingLift platform, its design, and its code are owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to ListingLift (your product descriptions) and any outputs generated from that content.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, ListingLift's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• —Loss of profits, revenue, or sales
• —Loss of data or content
• —Indirect or consequential loss of any kind
• —Any outcome resulting from AI-generated content you choose to publish, including listing suspensions, buyer disputes, or poor search performance
• —Service outages or interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

We aim to keep ListingLift available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We will give advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

We reserve the right to discontinue ListingLift with 30 days' notice. If we do, any unused Pro subscription days will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ListingLift will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ListingLift after that date means you accept the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you can cancel your account before they take effect.
